Chef John Bishop along with famous Oceanographer & Environmentalist, Jean-Michel Cousteau hosted this amazing tour on board the luxurious m/s Paul Gauguin in February, 2015.
The group visited the gracious Society Islands, including Huahine, with its stunning crystalline lagoon.
Next they explored the Tuamotu Archipelago. Comprised of very low-lying atolls, none of the chain's many islets rise more than ten feet above sea level. They then visitited Rangiroa, home to the second-largest lagoon in the world.
It is noted for its fantastic diving - and they got to see rays, sharks, dolphins, and myriad small reef fish. They also called upon legendary Bora Bora, Taha'a, and Moorea.
